Description
Optimized for static pressure
During the development of the new P8 PWM PST, special attention was paid to focused airflow and, consequently, high static pressure. The fan ensures extremely efficient cooling even at high air resistance. Therefore, the P8 PWM PST is particularly well-suited for use on heat sinks and radiators.
More efficient technology
The motor is controlled by a latest-generation PWM chip, allowing the new P8 PWM PST to operate much more efficiently than its predecessors. This saves energy without compromising performance.
Maximum Silence, Minimal Vibration
Even at low speeds, the operating noise of the new ARCTIC motor is barely noticeable. Thanks to sinusoidal excitation, the new motor generates only about 5% of the vibration produced by the commutation of a conventional unfiltered DC motor. Consequently, rubber mounts are unnecessary due to the new motor’s stable and smooth torque.
PST PWM control from 200 to 3000 rpm
Thanks to the 4-pin connector, the rotational speed can be adjusted over a wide range using PWM. This minimizes noise levels and ensures maximum cooling efficiency when needed.
High-Quality Bearing
Thanks to a German-engineered combination of alloy and lubricant, bearing friction is reduced and greater efficiency is achieved. As a result, heat generation and bearing noise are reduced, meaning you can enjoy a longer service life for your fan.
