Description
Thanks to optical zoom and precise scaling, PTZ cameras of the SD29 series can provide control over a small area indoors. The camera is equipped with a 2MP resolution matrix and the ability to record 1080p - 25 frames per second, with 4x optical zoom. Among the characteristic features, it is worth noting fast and smooth control, high image quality and good protection, which makes it more suitable for the requirements of modern video surveillance systems.
Wide Dynamic Range
The built-in Wide Dynamic Range (WDR) technology normalizes the bright picture, even in the most challenging lighting contrast conditions. For tasks with complex conditions of high and simultaneously low illumination, hardware WDR (120dB) simultaneously optimizes bright and dark areas of the scene to ensure high image quality.
High-Quality Video Encoding (H.265)
The H.265 (ITU-T VCEG) video compression standard provides twice the degree of data compression at the same level of video quality or significantly improved video quality with the same data rate compared to older video compression technologies. H.265 offers such compression by expanding sample comparison and differential coding, improving motion vector prediction and motion area merging, and including an additional filtering stage called selective adaptive offset filtering.
Starlight Technology
Thanks to the Starlight technology from Dahua, the camera is ideal for working in complex conditions with limited lighting. Its low sensitivity provides color picture performance with minimal lighting conditions. Even in extreme low-light conditions, practically in complete darkness, Starlight technology is able to display a color image.
Environment
The camera is designed for extreme ambient temperatures, in the range from -30 °C to + 60 °C.
