Server-grade thermal gel
To improve product quality and reliability, we apply server-grade thermal gel to cool critical components such as VRAM and MOSFET. This highly deformable, non-flowing gel ensures optimal contact with uneven surfaces and effectively resists deformation during transport or long-term use, unlike traditional thermal pads.
Large copper backplate
