IP video recorder Imou NVR-N118-8A0E is designed to build a video surveillance system with connection to 18 IP cameras. The model works with H.265 and H.264 codecs, supports a total incoming stream of 90 Mbps and helps organize recording with convenient viewing via HDMI, VGA and the IMOU APP program on iOS and Android.
Camera connection and recording
The recorder supports up to 18 IP cameras, making it suitable for facilities where multiple zones need to be monitored. Compatibility with Onvif simplifies camera selection and provides more freedom when building the system. A total incoming stream of 90 Mbps allows you to work with multiple video streams without exceeding the declared parameters. One SATA bay is provided for storing the archive under a hard drive with a volume of up to 16 TB.
Viewing and remote access
HDMI and VGA are provided for image output, so the recorder can be connected to different types of monitors. Decoding 4 channels in 8 MP at 15 frames per second allows you to simultaneously view high-resolution video from multiple cameras. Through the IMOU APP, it is easier to monitor the system from a smartphone and quickly access the image. Two USB ports provide convenience when connecting peripherals for configuration and working with the archive.
Analytics and working conditions
The model supports smart motion, human and vehicle detection, which helps to more accurately track events in the frame. This reduces the number of false alarms and makes control more convenient in everyday work. The recorder is powered by DC 12 V 2 A, consumes 9-20 W and is designed to operate at temperatures from -10℃ to +45℃. These parameters allow it to be used in stable operating conditions inside the facility.
