The heatsink is made of a 0.8mm thick solid aluminum alloy using a stamping press to reinforce the body structure. In addition, electrolytic anodizing coloring has increased corrosion resistance and made the module non-conductive. Moreover, thanks to superconductivity due to thermal adhesive, it can quickly transfer heat to the chip by transferring heat to the aluminum alloy cooling module for better heat dissipation.
