Updated version of the Ubiquiti Ethernet Surge Protector ETH-SP. It has improved protection compared to the classic Ethernet Surge Protector. Most Ubiquiti equipment already has built-in surge protection, however, in case of a strong excess of permissible norms, using ETH-SP significantly increases the reliability of the entire system, additionally protecting the equipment from high-voltage discharge and preventing its failure. ETH-SP can be used with devices manufactured by Ubiquiti, as well as with equipment from third-party manufacturers, regardless of PoE power technology support. Connection is made in a break of the line, as close as possible to the protected client.
