The new ID-Cooling cooling system is built on four 6 mm diameter copper heat pipes. The pipes are assembled in an aluminum base and will directly contact the CPU lid. Mounted on the pipes is a moderately sized aluminum heatsink with a width of 75 mm.

The brand was founded by the Chinese company Shenzhen Wan Jing Hua Technology co., Ltd. Initially focusing on OEM cooling assembly, it later launched products under its own brand. The first ID-COOLING designs were introduced relatively recently, in 2003—CPU coolers that quickly gained user attention thanks to high efficiency and attractive pricing. Over the years, the company has released many innovative solutions and holds several unique developments. Recently, the company has also started manufacturing various lighting systems.
